Pre-JuiceFeasting : )

ok so i was already to make 2 quarts of juice. i cleaned a bunch of produce and begin commencing to juice. i was saddened to know that i barely had

2 whole celery bunches = about 2 cups of juice with barely any pulp!
3 big leafs of chard
8 apples

the last two only netted about a cup of juice all together with toooons of foam & pulp

the apples may have been my fault because they were a little old so they were mushy not crisp. perhaps crisper apples will net more juice? i will explore this.
