ok so my genius plan was to have other people make my juice for me!
i went to xoom juice & found out they had pasteurized juice : (
but i had a smoothie with it anyway cuz i was 'hungry' and still had some errand to do.
i had a lovely convo with the girl who works there. i told her i was juice feasting thats why i needed the fresh juice & we talked about being raw & she even gave me a recipe for a raw pie--can't wait to eat so i can try it out : )
went to the wild oats / whole foods on speedway & inquired @ their juice bar. they actually have fresh juice! and veggie juice too! well only veggie juice & kinda icky ones lol
but hey its juice right?
so i'm loading up on my fruits & veggies & this older lady asked me how i prepare my chard. i told her i juice it! lol we talked for awhile about juicin & stuff.
ok so i remembered to do the skin brushin but i'm still laggin @ all the other stuff : (
today i went to my first 'excursion' into the land of food lol i had a book group that was meeting in a restaurant so i went armed with some juice & i was fine. i left my money at home just incase i was tempted to eat something lol but i wasn't. yah!
